When in the build process do you install?
We install after the concrete has fully cured — typically 28 days after pour. We coordinate directly with your builder to hit the right window.
Can you work with my general contractor?
Absolutely. We work with builders and GCs regularly and can schedule around other trades to minimize delays.
Why coat new concrete instead of leaving it bare?
New concrete is porous and stains easily. Coating it immediately locks in protection and makes it far easier to maintain for decades.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily. Many new construction installs are coordinated with builders while the homeowner isn't on site. We'll walk you through the process beforehand.
